Our programming is designed to capitalize on the potential for both fun and discipline. Our camps are beginner friendly, but appropriate for all levels. We teach kids how to defend themselves and how to enjoy themselves.


Morning: Our mornings are designed to get your kids in shape, make your kids bully proof and teach your kids discipling and respect. Each morning may include active play and martial arts fun drills such as striking, blocking, sparring and grappling, training on proper body mechanics, martial arts demos, jiu-jitsu games, sharpening existing techniques and learning new ones.


Afternoon: Our afternoon is packed full of planned activities and outings with the team designed to increase confidence, make new friends and get outside. We host trips to the local splash pad for water play, outdoor play at the park, science experiments, crafts, play inside the dojo, obstacle courses, team challenges and creative games. Pizza party every Friday!
