Art of the Ancient Samurai Warrior

Jiu Jitsu is the art of movement, the science of self-defense, and a phenomenal way to train your mind, body and spirit.

Jiu-Jitsu is the original martial art of Japan's samurai warriors. It is a strategy of self-defense that uses kicks and punches, strikes, throws, locks, holds and grappling (or ground fighting). Jiu means gentle and Jitsu means art or science.
