Our goal is to help you learn how to eat right so that you can build the habits that will keep you fuelling your body with the right foods at the right times. You will receive a comprehensive meal plan complete with grocery lists and recipes to make this simple and easy to incorporate into your already busy life.
STEP 3: COMMUNITY
We can all vouch for the buddy system when it comes to healthy living. Our staff is here to support you every step of the way! You will have access to a private Facebook group through which you can get the support, motivation & camaraderie you need to keep you going strong!

We offer the Kick Fit Challenge 3 times a year. Request information using the following form and we’ll let you know when the next Challenge begins, whether we have available openings, and all the other details you might want. The Kick Fit Challenge fills up quickly, so if you’re interested make sure to request information right away!
